Modern Feng Shui design provides solutions to blend the interior design with the natural environment to create a soothing and well balanced home or office. The proper usage of lightings, colours, and ventilation as well as landscaping and furniture design are important aspects of Feng Shui enhanced interior designing works.

At Tian Lu Feng Shui, our resident Feng Shui Master Rayden Sim has a track record of 22 years of Feng Shui experience. He was introduced to the world of Feng Shui at a very young age by his father who was a Feng Shui Practitioner and Chinese Physician .

In 1989, Master Rayden Sim took over the Feng Shui profession as his father's health deteriorated. According rules passed down by his father’s grandmaster, he was to help people in providing free Feng Shui consultancy for a period of 10 years.

After the passing of his father, he started out on his journey in enhancing his Feng Shui knowledge

and sharpen his intuition and meditation skills.

Master Rayden Sim partnered with a few IDs and Renovation Contractors to provide his expert advice to the Feng Shui aspects of interior designs and renovation works.

Initial Meet Up at your house or to meet up at my shop by appointment only:
Time needed - About an hour

First Meet Up – Client has every right to consider after the first meeting and will not be obligated to commit to any thing.

• Meeting with our potential clients first to have a get to know one another session before committing to engage his services.
• Question and Answer Session for client to ask and clarify any queries.
• For Master Rayden Sim to understand your requirement for your home or office, for example whether need to place altar, fish tanks, and any additional info.
• Client is advised to print out and bring along the completed Personal Particulars Form and Floor Plan of the premise.
• Upon confirmation to engage Master Rayden Sim, he will require your completed Personal Particulars Form for calculation of Ba Zi and the full amount of the Consultation Fees. The Feng Shui consultation fees can be collected in cash, cheque or transferred by bank transfer.

Selected Auspicious Day to go to your house or office for On-site Fengshui Consultation:
Minimum of $39 Ang Pow will be collected upon the completion of Feng Shui Audit.

Time needed – About one to two hours

On Site Feng Shui Audit

• Selected auspicious date and time to meet up onsite at your house to discuss with you on your FS Directional Facings and how to make full use of it in the planning and design of your house.
• Recommend suitable colours and materials to balance your 5 Elements according to the Ba Zi (Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch)
• Blending of important Feng Shui concepts into Modern Interior Designs
• Explain in details the flow of positive or negative Chi flowing within, around and outside your premises
• Master Rayden Sim does not advocate buying of many Feng Shui Items that will clutter up and make your home or office look like a "mini temple"
• Master Rayden Sim will provide practical and inexpensive solutions to harmonize the environment with Feng Shui. And if possible, he will use whatever is available at your home to harmonize Feng Shui by redirecting the flow of Chi.

If required, arrangements will be made to visit your house upon completion of renovation:
Ang Pow will be advised according to the things needed to be done.

Time needed - About one hour to two hours depending on the complexity of the rituals.

Upon completion of renovation

• Master Rayden Sim will inform you during the On Site Feng Shui Audit as to whether there is a need to pay a visit to your house upon completion of renovation.
• To place your Pi Xiu for you (if you have any to be placed)
• To conduct Xie Tu (Thank Earth God) if you engaged Master Rayden Sim to perform Dong Tu (Pray to Earth God for blessing during starting of renovation)
• To conduct House Cleansing Service
• To place altar and Deity
• Any other personal requests.
