This year will be the year of the Metal Rabbit (辛卯年). 辛belongs to Metal Element and 卯belongs to Wood Element, but due to the Li Chun 立春falling on the 2nd day of Lunar New Year, it is a very auspicious start for the year and also neutralised the destructive cycle and the Metal element has in turn produced Water element which will benefit the Wood element. This is a year where there will be full of hope and opportunity and also an auspicious year for tying the nuptial knot.

We can consider placing some small water features or aquariums at home or in the office to increase the flow of positive Qi, as well as to open up our windows and store room to air the house or office once in a while. This will in turn help to remove the negative Qi that might have gathered through the past few years. Use a powerful fan to help in the dispersal of the negative Qi, especially for those in offices without windows or seldom opening them.
