You and your horoscope in the Year of the Metal Rabbit 2011

By the time you read this new forecast, we are still in the year of the Metal Tiger (庚寅年), being not a very good year as it was filled with natural disasters, increase in global warming related issues and people going berserk, killing themselves or others. You will also see the increase of water related disasters as the New Year approaches. The world will also see the fall of two "Heavenly Stars" which will affect many people and also the economy if the situation is not handled properly by the next generation.
However, we also saw that the economic is doing well for some countries while other countries are still unstable. It will remain like this for the coming New Year and investors will have to be very careful when doing their investments in the year to come. The big players in the economics market like China has reached a very high point and what goes up will come down. The past two to three years has seen the worst and now, it is like a bird flying through the dangerous mountainous areas. It is tough, but with strong determination, careful judgement of the wind direction, using the wind to your advantage and with the power and great sight of the eagle, we are seeing the fog clearing away and on the way to reach greater heights after clearing the obstacles.
Use the wisdom that you have in you, treat others with kindness and help them with your heart; others will be there to support you when you need it. Avoid getting into emotional scuffles especially with your loved ones and your bosses; it will be so entangled that it will be almost impossible to undo the situation. Endure and look ahead, think of solutions in a logical and factual approach instead of using your emotions to judge or make decisions.
This year will be the year of the Metal Rabbit (辛卯年). 辛belongs to Metal Element and 卯belongs to Wood Element, but due to the Li Chun 立春falling on the 2nd day of Lunar New Year, it is a very auspicious start for the year and also neutralised the destructive cycle and the Metal element has in turn produced Water element which will benefit the Wood element. This is a year where there will be full of hope and opportunity and also an auspicious year for tying the nuptial knot.
We can consider placing some small water features or aquariums at home or in the office to increase the flow of positive Qi, as well as to open up our windows and store room to air the house or office once in a while. This will in turn help to remove the negative Qi that might have gathered through the past few years. Use a powerful fan to help in the dispersal of the negative Qi, especially for those in offices without windows or seldom opening them. This is also a good year to keep the feng shui fish known as the Flowerhorn 花角aka Luo Han fish. 風水羅漢魚.
